I have decided to stop posting about religious things. Specifically, the restorationist movement (called by some the "remnant" movement even though the majority of those believers are not descendants of Lehi) and, in general, all things pertaining to religion. I intend to start a different blog about other interests I have. I will make this blog private instead of deleting it. I'll leave this post up for a few days before I change things. It has been an interesting journey. Thanks for sharing the ride with me.
Are you leaving religion? Or just that particular group?
ReplyDeleteI'm not leaving any group, actually. I am just not going to post about religion anymore, specifically organized religion and this movement.
ReplyDeleteI have started a new blog with a similar name (but spelled so that it's easier to pronounce). I intend to post things I am interested in, like gardening, building earth-friendly houses, and so forth. I am hoping a friend of mine will also make posts. This blog will be made private for a while because I'm not ready to delete it. Actually, I'm not sure what to do with it. I'm not convinced it is valuable enough (or interesting enough) to keep up so that people can read past posts.

DeleteA friend suggested leaving it up even though I won't write anymore, in case someone in the future can be uplifted or helped something I have written. I have been thinking about it.
